Due to the ongoing effects of COVID-19 on states and borders as well as supply chains and logistics, please understand that production and shipping times can take longer than usual at this time. As such, please allow an extra 1-3 days for the production of your order, prior to shipping.
Additionally, all shipping services are currently experiencing delays of 7-14 days in some regions. In addition to delivery delays, the provision of inaccurate tracking information is also being reported by some customers. We've been informed that some of our carriers have temporarily altered their tracking process and are no longer scanning items until they arrive at the destination depot. This means you may not receive tracking information until the actual day of delivery.
Although this is outside of our control, we will continue to monitor and work closely with shipping carriers to ensure all prints are delivered as quickly as possible.

Under normal circumstances from the moment you click 'order' it usually takes about 4-10 business days for delivery, depending on where you live. If you're wondering about the status of your order, you can track the progress here.
Please note that during high demand at the holidays deliver times take longer (for example prints ordered after December 5th are NOT guaranteed to arrive before Christmas).

As part of our low price commitment, shipping is completely free for all orders across the USA regardless of size or quantity.
For shipping to other parts of the world, rates vary depending on location, size and weight, and are calculated at checkout.
Currently we ship to the USA only but we are looking to expand in the near future.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes. Delivery must be to a physical address. We're more than happy to deliver to your company or work address too.
For most orders, especially those containing larger prints, we organise courier delivery to your door. Please ensure you include delivery instructions for your parcel in the event that you are not home, as our couriers won't leave parcels unattended unless you have provided approval to do so.
All of our prints are carefully packaged for shipping, however if your parcel arrives with obvious damage to the packaging please DO NOT accept receipt of the parcel. Instead, ask the courier to return it and let us know immediately at support @ hartlo.com
If your parcel is left unattended with damage to the packaging, please advise us within 24 hours. Please include photos of the damage to the box and the print as attachments to your email, so we can organise a replacement immediately.
