We want you to be wrapped with your purchase, and we’re sure you will be. That said, we also appreciate that sometimes accidents happen. This is why we aim to resolve any mishap that may arise as quickly and easily as possible for you. But we ask in return that you please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order.
If you receive a print from us which is faulty or damaged we will replace it at no cost to you, provided you follow the procedure below.
Here’s how the process works:
If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take a photo or video showing the damage, refuse to accept delivery from the courier and contact us immediately.
If you notice that an item is damaged or faulty after it has been delivered to you, or your parcel has been left unattended at your address and is damaged or please contact us within 24 days of receipt of your print with clear photo or video evidence of the defect, fault, or damage at support @ harlto.com and our team will be happy to assist.
Please note that without clear photo or video evidence, claims will not be considered or accepted.
Be sure to double-check that your address has been entered correctly during purchase as we are not able to reship or refund any lost items due to incorrect details.
You may cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours. In this case we will reimburse you in the form of store credit, partial refund or full refund at our discretion based on your request.
However, as we endeavour to send orders out as quickly as possible, all requests for cancellations or changes must be made within 24 hours of ordering to avoid delay. After this point your order will commence printing and cancellations or changes will no longer be possible.
